Our latest vision system is installed at  Tine / Fjordland at Tretten in Norway, for control of labels and packaging.

The system controls:

- right pairing of top- and button labels (Product description and barcode)

- correct placing of labels on the package

- application of date stamp (best before date)

- air tightness of the package (no product or FOD in the weld)

- deformation of packages

The vision system i placed in the production line, behind the vacuum packing machine and
before the single packages are placed in boxes. Incorrect products are pushed of the conveyor belt.
